DSU Dental Hygiene Students Present Posters on research topics

DSU Senior dental hygiene students will be presenting informative posters related to current dental hygiene research topics on Wednesday, Oct 31 from 10:30am-12:00 pm in the lobby of the Russell C. Taylor Health Science Building. The posters will remain on display after the presentations until 5:00 pm. Please feel free to stop by to observe the presentations or view their work.
In order to prepare for professional practice and develop critical thinking skills, Dixie State University Senior Dental Hygiene students have been working on evidence-based decision making related to the practice of dental hygiene, dentistry, and oral health. The students have completed literature searches and have created informative posters which discuss current trends in oral health, theory, implementation and the practice of dental hygiene. The students will be presenting their posters on Wednesday, Oct 31 in the lobby of the Russel Taylor Health Sciences Building from 10:30am-12:00 pm. The posters will remain on display from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm.
