A recent survey conducted by WRC reveals that an overwhelming number of respondents (i.e. almost 90%) believe that technological support is needed for academic success, especially for female students at DSU.

In this vein, the Women's Resource Center's Laptop Support Award Application for female students is now available at wrc.utahtech.edu. Online applications are due March 29, 2019, at 11:59 pm.

Criteria for this award includes female students who are not over junior status, degree-seeking, must be registered for at least 6 credits or more in FALL 2019, must submit a Transcript with GPA of at least 3.0, and must respond to two essay questions in the Online Application Form (go to wrc.utahtech.edu and scroll down to "Laptop Support Award Application").

The WRC Committee will announce the award recipients who met these criteria before fall 2019 and laptop awards will be given at the beginning of fall 2019.
