Looking for something new to do on a Friday night? Or maybe you’ve been grinding Street Fighter 6 and want to test your skills against real players?

Enter SouthRock FGC, Southern Utah’s growing fighting game community.

Founded to connect players from Utah Tech, Southern Utah University, and the surrounding area, SouthRock FGC is all about bringing people together through competition, shared learning, and a love of gaming. Whether you’re brand new or already know your way around a controller, there’s a place for you here.

Your New Friday Night Plans

Every Friday, players gather in downtown St. George for a laid-back, high-energy evening.

SouthRock FGC hosts weekly sessions at Level Up Lounge, where you’ll find everything from casual games to mini tournament brackets.

What to expect:

  • Casual tournament brackets (jump in or just watch)
  • Friendly matches to practice and improve
  • A community that’s happy to teach, learn, and play together
  • A chill, no-gatekeeping atmosphere

No experience? No problem. This is a space where everyone starts somewhere, and everyone helps each other level up.

When: Every Friday, 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.
Where: Level Up Lounge, 540 E Tabernacle St, St. George
Cost: $7 venue fee
Game: Street Fighter 6
Format: Casual brackets and open play
Controller: Bring your own
